Delivery & Setup Policies

Delivery and setup for catering orders is available seven days per week. Standard delivery hours are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and weekend deliveries are available by scheduled appointment. Delivery fees for orders include drop-off and setup of all ordered items at the specified delivery location.
Kimberly's Catering includes appropriate disposable service items, such as paper napkins and plastic silverware, with all catering orders. Upgraded items such as tables and chairs, fine china, table linens, and similar items can be requested at time of order. Call for more information (703) 448-7298.

Order & Cancellation Policies

Our team at Kimberly's is committed to accommodating orders as efficiently as possible, including last minute orders. If you find you do not have the option for a Next-Day Delivery when using online checkout, please reach out via our contact form, or call us at (703) 448-7298.
When planning your order, please be aware
that some items may require 24 to 48 hours notice. We will always do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the event date. Orders cancelled after 24 hours prior to the event may incur partial charges or cancellation fees. Orders cancelled on the day of delivery will be charged in full, including orders cancelled due to inclement weather.
